MS. CHARMAINE LIM

Ms Charmaine Lim joined The Arbitration Chambers as a Tribunal Law Clerk in 2026. Prior to this, she was in private legal practice in Singapore, where she worked on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including civil and debt recovery disputes, criminal matters, estate planning and administration, conveyancing, and corporate advisory work.

Before returning to legal practice, Ms Lim founded and managed a fashion retail business with both online and physical operations. In this role, she was responsible for the full spectrum of commercial and operational matters, including contracting, partnerships, sourcing, marketing, and e-commerce strategy. This experience gave her first-hand exposure to commercial decision-making and the practical considerations underlying business relationships. She later worked in corporate communications, further developing her ability to navigate stakeholder engagement and strategic messaging.

Ms Lim has a J.D. from Singapore Management University and was admitted to practice in Singapore in 2020. She is effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
