Mr. Marcus Liew assists in arbitral proceedings as tribunal secretary or law clerk to the residents of The Arbitration Chambers.
Marcus works on a wide range of international arbitration matters dealing with investment treaty-related disputes, commercial disputes in energy, financial services, technology sectors and maritime disputes. These include both ad hoc and institution-administered arbitrations with the ICC, SIAC, ICSID, HKIAC, ICDR and AIAC.
Prior to joining The Arbitration Chambers, Marcus completed his legal practice training at a top law firm in Singapore. He graduated with an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and in his time in university, received multiple accolades in both academics and international moot competitions.
