MS. LIU XIAOYU

 

 

 

Ms Liu graduated from Bond University in 2018 and went on to complete her Master of Laws in 2019. She was admitted to practice in Victoria, Australia in 2020 and in the People’s Republic of China in 2023.

Prior to joining The Arbitration Chambers, Xiaoyu was an associate with a law firm in Beijing, China, and assisted in domestic and foreign-related arbitrations administered by BIAC, CIETAC and HKIAC involving loans, private equity investments, asset management, trust, and financial instrument, as well as cross-border disputes over Sino-foreign joint ventures, corporate control and equity transfers.

Xiaoyu is effectively bi-lingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
