"Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding and judgment thereon may be entered in any court of competent jurisidction."

If a dispute, controversy or claim arises out of or relates to this contract, or breach, termination or invalidity thereof, and if such dispute, controversy or claim cannot be settled and resolved through negotiation, the parties agree first to try in good faith to settle such dispute, controversy or claim through mediation.

Any issue or claim not resolved by mediation shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore.

The mediator and if necessary, the arbitrator, shall be mutually agreed to by the parties and shall be a professional arbitrator or mediator (as the case may be) of The Arbitration Chambers. Failing such agreement, the mediator or arbitrator shall be appointed by The Arbitration Chambers.

If a dispute, controversy or claim arises out of or relates to this contract, or breach, termination or invalidity thereof, and if such dispute, controversy or claim cannot be settled and resolved through negotiation, then the parties agree first to attempt in good faith to settle such dispute, controversy or claim through mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre before resorting to litigation or some other dispute resolution procedure.
