The Arbitration Chambers is not an arbitral institution. We do not have published rules of arbitration or mediation. Our arbitrators and mediators will adhere to what parties have agreed to. In the absence of such agreement, they will adopt such procedural rules as may be deemed appropriate in the given circumstances.
We do not normally administer arbitrations other than to render administrative support to our arbitrators. However at the specific requests of parties, The Arbitration Chambers will be able to provide full services for the administration of any arbitration or mediation. With the consent of parties, we will also be pleased to act as the neutral appointing authority.
As neutrals, we do not represent any party or render opinions on any matter in dispute to any party thereof. |
